Incidents and scheduled maintenance can be managed from the Incident Manager, in addition to adding records to history.
An incident can be opened from the "Create incident" button at the top of the page and an Scheduled maintenance can be opened from the "Schedule maintenance" button at the top of the page.
To edit the data of an incident or mark the end date, it must be edited from the green button of each record. Once an end date is assigned, it cannot be deleted, only assign another date.
You can manage an incident to add details to the history, these will be public and from the status page you can see assigned to the incident.
You can also view the historical record from the "History" tab
You can delete an issue, it will no longer be visible on the status page and the history will be lost.
